- 6 cups chicken broth (reserve 1 cup)
Potato Soup Mix Recipe (Seasoning Blend)
- 6 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Dice the PotatoesStart by dicing 3 pounds of potatoes into ½-inch cubes. Add them directly to the bowl of your slow cooker. Add the Chicken BrothPour in 5 cups of the chicken broth over the potatoes.
